TRANSFER
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the information about the driver, the car and the meeting point. If the transfer starts from the airport, the driver will be waiting for the passengers at Arrivals with visible NAMEBOARD provided by them in advance. For the pick up in the hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby.
If you can't find the driver, contact his number directly which is provided to you after the confirmation of the ride.
Providing your flight or train number when booking an airport or train station pickup allows us to track your arrival and adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals. For example, say your flight is scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM and you booked your pickup for 5:30PM. If your flight is delayed 30 minutes, we will automatically adjust your pickup time to 6:00 PM (including 30 min of buffer time). The same for arriving earlier. 1 hour of free waiting time starts from the pick up time agreed with the guest. If your flight is delayed more than 1 hour, the cost of extra waiting time is 40€/h.
Cancellation of your ride 24 hours before is free and without penalties. Cancellation within 24 hours of the transfer has a 100% penalty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Yes you can. If you cancel your booking 24 hours and more before the transfer, you will be refunded 100%.
For the cancellation less than 24 hours you will be charged 100%.
Yes, of course! It's enough to send an email or contact us on WhatsApp writing your Name and mentioning changes (Date, Number of flight etc.). We will answer you as soon as possible checking the availability of cars and drivers to adapt to your changes.
PAYMENT
Once we receive your booking, we will send you an email with the link to proceed with payment.
A supplement may be requested in case of: - waiting beyond the time already included in the price (1 hour is included in the airport and the train stations, 15 minutes in the hotels or other pick-up locations) - changes of the route (significant difference in km) - additional stops - tunnels, ferry (ticket is paid by the guest)

Yes, of course, all of our cars and drivers work in compliance with all requirements of the law.
No, our license doesn't impose limits on the territoriality of work.
Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and IQOS is forbidden due to the policy of our company. However, we can stop for a cigarette break whenever you ask.
We are a pet friendly company. However, to travel with your pet you need to inform us BEFORE the ride mentioning the size of it. Your pet must be transported in its kennel/carrier.
